669. Verse 19 And of every living creature of all flesh, pairs of all, you shall cause to enter the ark, to keep them alive with you; male and female they shall be.
'Living creature'a means things of the understanding, 'all flesh' those of the will. 'Pairs of all you shall cause to enter the ark' means the regeneration of these. 'Male' means truth, 'female' good.
